Scented Body Splash and Simple & Sweet Fridays #24

Harvest the essences of your favorite herbs or flowers by capturing them the old fashioned way in bottles.
Pick plant materials at their peak, in the early morning and place them in glass containers.
Seal the container and set in the sun for several days.
Rose and lavender waters make soothing facial
splashes for hot summer days.
Strain the fluids that collect at the bottom of the bottles.
Use the liquid within a day or two by dabbing it on your face or body.
Enjoy your own at home spa treatment!
